coach pain is back in the building

alright today was really eventful. woke up went to school. came home packed. hope i brought everything. went to sara's..killed her in tetris. haha tetra tetris four(inside joke).. proposed to lauren.. we are now married and a happy couple. ok left her and went to the school for "taste of CH". got sick somewhat(that fudge fountain was good, but waaayyyyy too much) then went to practice. sheryl killed me. with all the do this and do that and do it agn and then do this over here and ok we aren't going to do that now do this and lift her and lift her to here and do this and then come here now try this, and on and on and on. but yeah that was an amazing practice.. got alot done. looks better too. well i am going to go to bed in alittle. have to wake up early for tomarrow
